At Hôtel de Buci, and more broadly in the hotels of the Biografy group, we are convinced that we all have within us the resources, imagination and capabilities to do our part in a rapidly changing world.

Our ambition: to strive every day a little more towards a responsible model that respects our planet. We imagine, test and gradually deploy new solutions in our hotel, to limit our environmental impact, but also to give you the means to act and contribute on your own scale during your stay with us.

Thanks to our daily efforts and all the measures we have taken, we are delighted to have been awarded the Green Key label in 2026.

The Green Key label criteria require respect for nature and people, in particular through the control of water and energy consumption, environmental waste management, leisure activities that do not harm nature, and the promotion of the region's natural assets and stakeholders.

4,691 kg of our waste

(paper, plastic, organic waste) were collected and recycled by our partner association, Cèdre, in 2025 for all of our hotels and headquarters.

through donations from our customers, supplemented by matching contributions from the Hôtel de Buci,
to the charity Le Rire Médecin, an association that brings joy, laughter
and comfort to children in hospital.

Glass bottles rather than plastic toiletries

Zero plastic policy in minibars and event rooms: only returnable Evian glass bottles and recycled aluminum cans are available.

This is the score obtained this year by the UES of the 5 Hotels of the Biografy Group in its Women - Men Equality Index responding to the decree n°2019-15 of January 8, 2019 and which enables existing pay gaps to be measured, in order to better remedy them, and thus help achieve true equality between women and men in the world of work.

Methodological details: hotels referred to the year 2025, i.e., from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The workforce of the five hotels was broken down into the following socio-professional categories: employees, supervisors, and managers. Individual characteristics (age, job category) are assessed on the last day of the reference period or on the last day of the employee's presence in each company.

In accordance with the decree, the following are not taken into account in the calculation of the index: - Apprentices, professional training contracts; - Employees provided by an external company, including temporary workers, where applicable;- Employees whose contract is suspended for more than 6 months during the reference period.
